LIFE+ Making Good Natura: first PES signed.
On 22th of June in Carpegna, the seat of Park Sasso Simone and Simoncello, the agreement between the President of the Park and the representative of the local farmers was signed.
The agreement provides for the payment of a fee to the Park for grazing of cattle in the territory of the military firing range. With this amount the park will manage the pastures for their maintenance. In this way they will protect the habitat and species of birds, of European interest.
